No content was edited, enhanced, re-rendered, reformatted, or altered. The images are preserved in their original captured state.
Despite a consistent capture methodology, the following objective discrepancies were observed across the record set:
In response to a public records inquiry, the County indicated that certain legacy data may be stored on Digital Audio Tape (DAT) media. Restoration from such archival media is inherently time-intensive and may limit partial or immediate retrieval. This contextual information is relevant to understanding potential access delays and reinforces the necessity of independent snapshot preservation.
